Steve Visconti - President & CEO
Steve is responsible for Atrato's strategic direction and day-to-day business operations. He brings to the position over 25 years of domestic and international business development, sales, marketing, and management success. Steve's leadership experience includes top technology companies and startup ventures including Cisco Systems, Inc., Airespace, Ascend, Chipcom, and Banyan Systems. His understanding of technology and market conditions, together with the ability to lead high growth companies and build shareholder value, has contributed to his proven performance record.

Robert (Bob) Beckemeyer, Chief Financial Officer
Bob Beckemeyer serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for oversight of Atrato's financial planning and accounting operations. Bob brings to Atrato over 25 years of experience in the data storage industry, having held senior financial and operational positions for prominent storage companies. Before joining Atrato, Bob was COO and co-founder of Rebit, Inc. Prior to that, he held the position of CFO at Benchmark Storage Innovations. He has also held senior management positions at Spectra Logic Corporation, Aspen Peripherals, Exabyte, and StorageTek, from which he gained extensive experience in procurement, operational accounting, risk management, financial reporting and more.

Sam Siewert, Ph.D - Chief Technology Officer
With over 20 years experience in system design, Sam leads Atrato's storage architecture and implementation strategy. He currently teaches Real-Time Digital Media and Robotics in the Embedded Systems Program at the University of Colorado and is a well-respected, published author on the topic. His experience includes a lead role with Emulex Corp. developing firmware, architecture models, and performance tools in joint development with Intel. He also has several patents and inventions related to ASIC debug, CPU scheduling, and helped devise the semi-autonomous operations system for a Space Shuttle Hitchhiker Payload that flew in August 1997.

Bill Mottram - Vice President of Marketing
Bill Mottram has over 25 years of product development, marketing and sales experience in the data storage industry. An experienced marketing leader with Fortune 500 companies such as StorageTek, Compaq and HP and smaller, entrepreneurial enterprises including Pillar Data Systems and COPAN Systems, Bill led the development and "go-to-market" activities for a number of highly innovative and successful data storage solutions. Although primarily a marketing professional Mottram has considerable expertise in technology management, corporate acquisition and public company funding.

Jeff Edwards - Vice President of Sales
Jeff Edwards manages Atrato's sales team and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to establish and build successful relationships with customers. Jeff brings twenty-two years of management and sales experience with a number of top high-tech companies including Hitachi Data Systems, IBM, StorageTek and NEC Corporation of America. Prior to joining Atrato, Jeff served as Vice President of Sales for NEC Corporation of America, where he established a successful channel sales organization and grew the division's revenue 40% year over year. Jeff also served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at COPAN Systems, where he ramped sales revenue from pre Beta to a $20 million run rate within the first two years. Throughout his career he has been responsible for growing sales and services revenues in key positions and successfully taking new concepts to market.

Jonathan Hall - Co-Founder, Business Development
Jonathan co-authored Atrato's foundational patents and designed the initial disk enclosure, and is the author of multiple other patents for disk drive technology. He led the market research team, customer advisory board and executive briefing center at Xiotech for three years, and spent 16 years at Seagate Technology and Control Data in design engineering, product management and market research.
